Riskuity 3.9.0 BETA introduces deeper collaboration features, more mature Smartsheet integration capabilities, stronger document-generation workflows, and important usability improvements across the platform. This release is designed to help customers connect external work more effectively, streamline team coordination, improve document reliability, and make everyday administration and reporting easier.

What’s new

  • Expanded Smartsheet integration capabilities: Riskuity now supports a more advanced Smartsheet integration experience, including multi-sheet project connections, workspace discovery, reusable mapping profiles, row-level attachment synchronization, cross-project distribution, optional approved-field write-back, webhook-based delta sync, retry and replay tooling, validation support, and clearer integration monitoring.
  • Microsoft Teams integration experience: Riskuity now includes major collaboration features for Microsoft Teams, including Azure AD connection support, OAuth and identity mapping flows, project channel provisioning, membership sync, notifications, direct-message routing, priority alerts, approval cards, meeting creation, and integration health administration.
  • Enhanced integration administration: Administrative integration workflows now provide better visibility into setup, health, permissions, limits, alerts, and operational status, helping teams manage external connections more confidently.
  • Improved document generation and template authoring: Users can now benefit from stronger placeholder handling, reusable table and block support, array-field rendering improvements, generation history visibility, test document generation workflows, better placeholder browsing, and clearer placeholder hierarchy management.
  • More reliable evidence and document workflows: Smartsheet attachment synchronization expands support for evidence-heavy workflows, while document-generation improvements make compliance artifacts more complete and dependable.
  • Expanded reporting and workflow reliability: Reporting actions, workflow suggestion behavior, chart controls, and audit-test population flows have been improved to reduce friction in daily use.
  • Improved notification and dashboard usability: Users will see better readability and layout behavior in notification dashboards, placeholder management tables, and related administration-heavy views.
  • Commercial and add-on packaging updates: Smartsheet is now more closely aligned to Riskuity’s add-on and entitlement model, supporting clearer subscription-based enablement for supported environments and plans.
  • Stronger collaboration and approval workflows: Teams-based notifications, approvals, alerts, and meetings help connect Riskuity workflows more directly to the collaboration tools many customers already use.
  • Platform polish and interface consistency: This release also includes styling and interface improvements that create a cleaner, more consistent experience across key screens and workflows.

  • Fixed saved report actions so users can now save new reports and delete saved reports more reliably.

  • Fixed an issue where audit test suggestions did not always populate properly after selection.
  • Fixed placeholder-field population issues in document templates and generated outputs.
  • Fixed overlapping text and layout problems in Manage Placeholder Fields screens.
  • Fixed text wrapping and readability issues in the Notification Dashboard.
