Riskuity v4.1.6 BETA connects risk onboarding, enterprise risk management, monitoring, reporting, document generation, and governance workflows. This release introduces risk charter and ERM import experiences, richer risk detail views, KRI and committee reporting foundations, improved dashboards and guided walkthroughs, stronger pilot registration security, and targeted reliability fixes.
What’s new
- Risk charter and ERM import: Import supported risk and governance documents during onboarding or from the Risk Dashboard, review extracted information, validate warnings, and navigate to resulting records.
- Richer risk detail: View strategy lineage, control associations, compliance context, residual-risk information, audit outcomes, evidence, and related initiatives in a more connected risk view.
- KRI and tolerance monitoring: Review Green, Amber, and Red indicator states, tolerance breaches, historical trends, incidents, and loss-event history.
- Committee reporting: Support reporting views for Executive, Audit, Board, and Portfolio Oversight committees with filtering and drill-down capabilities.
- Document visuals: Add configurable charts and risk heat maps to document templates alongside text placeholders and tables.
- Dashboard improvements: Apply filters consistently across visualizations and use chart and data-point drill-downs to investigate risk information.
- Guided product walkthroughs: Explore dashboards, administration areas, filters, charts, tables, summaries, and other key product areas with reusable guided tours.
- Safer pilot registration: Use invitation-based registration with single-use, expiring links and verification through the invited email address or identity provider.
- Subscription-aware invitations: Starter users can invite permitted collaborators, while Professional and Enterprise requests follow account-representative processes.
- Planner Premium readiness: Microsoft Planner Premium integration now includes broader connection, plan discovery, synchronization, identity mapping, health, validation, and error-handling support. Synchronization remains one-way into Riskuity.
- Help and support updates: Updated guidance is available for OSCAL export and document automation workflows.
Risk charter and ERM import
Riskuity now provides guided entry points for bringing structured risk and governance information into the platform. Supported workflows can accept a risk charter, ERM framework, enterprise risk register, operational risk guideline, portfolio framework, or related governance input.
- Upload supported files during tenant onboarding or from the Risk Dashboard.
- Review parsing progress and extracted entities and associations.
- Inspect validation warnings before continuing.
- Review import summaries and links to created or updated records.
- Retry failed or incomplete processing where supported.
- Current limitation: Import results depend on supported document structures, parsing quality, configured tenant taxonomies, relationship resolution, and the availability of corresponding platform services.
Risk monitoring and reporting
Riskuity v4.1.6 BETA expands the connection between strategy, risk, controls, monitoring, assurance, and governance reporting.
- Strategy lineage and operational risk taxonomy provide additional context for risk records.
- First-class risk-control relationships distinguish reusable controls from their contextual control instances.
- KRI tolerance states help identify conditions that require attention.
- Incident and loss-event history provides additional context for risk exposure.
- Residual-risk information supports comparison between inherent exposure, mitigation, and remaining risk.
- Committee-oriented views support Executive, Audit, Board, and Portfolio Oversight review workflows.
Resolved issues
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Risk view from loading and returned a 500 error.
- Fixed errors when users selected items from search results.
- Fixed evidence document-generation failures affecting project-control evidence.
- Fixed assessment-test creation failures that surfaced as 503 network errors.
- Fixed audit-test status updates so selecting Passed persists the correct status.
- Fixed Azure user-link creation in production.
- Fixed project-evaluation deletion failures.
- Improved project imports, including compliance frameworks, project controls, and post-import project details.
- Prevented already-added suggested risks from appearing again and consuming user credit.
- Fixed UUID validation issues that blocked new document generation.
- Corrected project-control exception checkbox states and exception workflows.
- Fixed deletion of newly created Work Breakdown Structure records in Project Studio.
- Fixed feedback-survey styling so Hotjar and Contentsquare surveys do not disrupt the application layout.
- Improved project portfolio import handling for project start and end dates.
Why this release matters
This release gives customers a more connected way to move from risk information to monitoring, assurance, and governance action. Guided import workflows reduce manual setup, richer risk views provide more context, and KRI and committee reporting foundations support more consistent review. Improved dashboard interactions and document visuals make risk information easier to investigate and communicate, while invitation security and workflow fixes strengthen the pilot experience.
Availability: Some capabilities require administrator setup, supported source documents, tenant configuration, identity verification, plan-specific access, or corresponding backend services. Availability may vary by organization, environment, permissions, and integration configuration.
Known limitations
- V4.1.6 is a BETA release, so behavior may continue to change as pilot feedback and validation results are reviewed.
- Risk charter and ERM imports depend on supported file structures, parsing results, configured taxonomies, and successful relationship resolution.
- KRI, tolerance, residual-risk, incident, loss-event, and committee views depend on complete and consistent source data.
- Charts and risk heat maps in generated documents require compatible templates, valid filters, available report data, and supported output formats.
- Guided tours require continued validation across permission-limited states, empty states, responsive layouts, and selector changes.
- Pilot registration requires a valid invitation lifecycle, tenant configuration, plan rules, and email or identity-provider verification.
- The proposed Projects-to-Workstreams terminology change remains under review and is not a completed product-wide rename.
- Microsoft Planner Premium synchronization remains read-only from Dataverse into Riskuity. Imported schedule fields may be overwritten by a later synchronization.
